EVERETT
W. HILL, President, Rotary International, 1924-25
Everett W. Hill was born in Russell, Kansas, and was graduated from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania. In 1908, he organized an ice and cold storage company in Shawnee, Oklahoma, which expanded until it covered most of the state of Oklahoma. In 1932, he retired to devote his time to writing, and his home is now on Flathead Lake, near Polson, Montana. Mr. Hill was a charter member of the Rotary Club of Shawnee, Oklahoma, which was organized in 1917, and is a Past President of that Club. He later became a member of the Rotary Club of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is now an honorary member of that Club and of the Rotary Club of Polson, Montana. He has served Rotary International as President (in 1924-25), Vice-President, Director, District Governor, and as chairman and member of numerous committees.
